Wide angle lens




A wide angle lens has a short focal length. The focal length of the lens is the distance between the lens and the image sensor when the subject is in focus, usually stated in millimetres. This will be shown on the lens itself.  

The main use of a wide angle is to capture a wider angle of vision then the normal eye. this allows us to see more background and objects appear to be farther away if not in the forground.






The lens was easy to adjust aperture and focus, and felt robust. It came with a sun cap, this is to reduce sun flare on the images.





Telephoto lens

Telephoto Len's are great for nature and landscape photography. The images appear more natural due to the layering effect it produces when showing perspective and proportion. 













Less of the background is visible and background objects appear to be closer.
